“Dynamo helped me get real experience and the support to do it. I now manage a team.”
— Aisha, Level 4“I did my apprenticeship while earning. the tutors were proper, not patronising.”
— Tom, Health Apprentice“Employers I worked with actually hired me after my apprenticeship ended.”
— Priya, Customer ServiceWe work with employers of all sizes. levy-paying employers can draw down training costs through their apprenticeship service. smaller employers typically pay 10% with government support. we support levy transfers and funding guidance.
An apprenticeship is a paid job with structured training, usually a mix of on-the-job and off-the-job learning. apprenticeships are available across levels from 2 to 7.
Funding depends on employer size. levy-paying employers use their digital account, while smaller employers receive up to 90% government funding.
Most apprenticeships range from 12 to 18 months depending on level and role. some higher-level apprenticeships can take longer.
